Adam Carnwath Joins Cumbernauld Colts On Short-Term Loan

Dundee United can confirm Academy graduate Adam Carnwath has joined Lowland League outfit Cumbernauld Colts on a short-term loan deal, subject to SFA approval.

After starring for the Young Terrors on a consistent basis, the 18-year-old was rewarded with his first-team debut in our SPFL Trust Trophy clash with Falkirk last term, before finding his 2023/24 campaign cruelly ended by a serious ankle injury sustained on CAS Under-18s Elite League duty.

Despite this, Carnwath worked tirelessly through the summer, buoyed by a contract extension, to battle back to fitness with vital support from the club's medical department, and made his return to competitive action in last week's Reserve League Cup battle between both halves of the city of Discovery.
