Young Defender Ross Graham has joined Elgin City on loan until the end of the season. 

The 18-year-old made his debut in August 2018 versus St Johnstone Colts in the Challenge Cup and appeared as a substitute in the next round versus Alloa. He has made the bench on several occasions this season for the first team.
