Ahead of the play-off semi-final, we asked some fans to record a message to the players. We also ask what promotion would mean to them.
Yesterday we took the players along to one of our customers (Sharp Business Systems PLC - Furniture Division) and premiered the video on a large screen tv. The emotional video certainly resonated with all the players and staff who watched it.
The overriding message to the players from the fans was that promotion would mean everything and the players have pledged to give everything in return.
Here is the video we showed the players. We want to thank each fan who took the time to record their individual messages - including those who wanted their message to remain private to the players.
Over the course of the next few days, we will show players reaction to the video, and it isn't too late for other fans to give a message of support. Simply post on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts using #Everything, and we will show a selection of them to the players ahead of Tuesday.
United play the winners of the quarter-final tie between Inverness CT and Ayr with the away leg being played on Tuesday night. Details of ticketing for this game can be found here.
The second leg is played at Tannadice on Friday 17 May and tickets are available from the ticket centre, by calling (01382) 833166 (option 1) or online.
It Means Everything, Give Everything. #Everything.
