YANNICK LOEMBA SIGNS

Dundee United announce the signing of Congolese winger Yannick Loemba on a two-year deal.

The 28-year-old who can play on both flanks becomes United's twelfth summer signing ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.

Yannick most recently played for Adana Demirspor in Turkey but has played the majority of his career in Belguim where he holds a passport. His previous clubs there include KV Oostende, OH Leuven, RAEC Mons and White Star Bruxelles. Loemba has one Congo under-23 appearance on his CV also.

Manager Csaba Laszlo said, "Yannick can offer something different to the players already here. He has fantastic pace and loves to run at defences. He is strong on both feet, and I believe he will excite our fans."

Yannick said, "I am happy to be with Dundee United, I am excited to play in Scotland and want to bring joy to our fans."
