Dundee United announce the signing, subject to international transfer clearance, of Austrian midfielder Christoph Rabitsch on a two-year deal.
The 22-year-old, who has represented his country twice at U21 level, started his professional career with Austrian side SV Spittal before joining Austrian Bundesliga outfit Wolfsberger AC in 2014. He was part of his club’s 2015/16 Europa League involvement and made 27 appearances last season.
Manager Csaba László said: "I am delighted to bring Christoph to Dundee United. He is a central midfielder who is always hungry for the ball, has lots of energy, good awareness and can pass. He is also very ambitious and comes here with the mental strength required this season".
Christoph said: “I am excited. I cannot wait to play for Dundee United. I am a fighter and I want to win every game with my team. I believe that playing football here can help me reach my ambitions in my career but my main target is to help United get into the Premiership”.
