Next up for the Terrors is an away fixture against Queen of the South on Saturday 16 December at 3pm.
The Doonhamers have risen into third place in the league and come into this on the back of an emphatic win over Dunfermline at East End Park last Saturday winning 5-2 with Scott Dobbie grabbing three goals and on-loan striker Chris Kane grabbing two.
United visited Greenock to take on high-flying Morton last week and came home with a comfortable 2-0 victory thanks to a Billy King double.

United are currently top of the table with fixtures versus the other three teams in the top four in the weeks ahead, fans and players alike will be looking for the positivity to continue into the new year.
Last time out between the sides saw United secure a 2-1 victory thanks to goals by Scott Fraser and Scott McDonald although United played for almost 60 minutes with ten men after Paul McMullan saw red.
