Dundee United announced on Friday, subject to international clearance, the signing of Congolese-Dutch striker Kiabu N'Koyi known as Patrick N'Koyi, on an initial one-year deal.
Patrick's career has seen him play for FC Eindhoven, Fortuna Sittard, Petrolul Ploie?ti, Rapid Bucure?ti and MVV Maastricht.
The 27-year-old becomes Ray McKinnon's fifth summer signing joining James Keatings, Billy King, Thomas Scobbie and Paul McMullan as the Terrors target the Ladbrokes Championship title.
Patrick said, "I am excited to join Dundee United. I have met my teammates and visited both the ground and the training facility and cannot wait to pull on the tangerine jersey.
"I am here to score the goals that will help this Club win the title. I look forward to showing the fans what I can do."
Ray McKinnon said, "Patrick is a big, strong, athletic goalscorer. He has good pace and can score with both feet. He will add to our attacking threat and offers a different impact to the attackers already here.
"I am delighted with this signing, and I believe he will become a big favourite with the United fans."
