United fans have responded to the IRN BRU Cup Final tickets going on sale with over 1,000 sold on the first day.
Tickets for the fixture against St Mirren at Fir Park on Saturday 25 March (12.30pm kick-off) became available at 10am Tuesday morning, and sales continued throughout the day within the ticket centre,
online and over the phone.
The Tangerine Army has backed Ray McKinnon's Terrors all season in large numbers, and it is set to be another large crowd as he leads the squad out for his first final as United manager.
United's opponents St Mirren have discovered some impressive form over recent weeks and will be hoping, like United, that a cup win can inspire a fantastic season's end as they battle at the opposite end of the table from United.
United fans have been allocated the East and South stands and tickets are priced at £20 for adults, £10 for concessions and £5 for Under 12s.
The ticket centre is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on non-matchday Saturdays. Business hours this coming Friday are 9am to kick-off (7.45pm).
Online purchases can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
