United legend Jim McInally brings his Peterhead side to Tannadice on Saturday for the IRN-BRU Challenge Cup Third Round tie.

The above fixture will be the first time the two have faced each other in a competitive match, and if media comments attributed to the respective Manager's are adhered to, it should be a cracker!
United go into the game undefeated at Tannadice this campaign - a run which has seen 17 goals scored and only five conceded in the six games played so far. The Manager McKinnon has spoken of his desire to turn Tannadice into a fortress, and if maintained, it will become one.
McInally's men have not had the best start as they currently sit bottom of League 2 with one point however with a goalscorer Rory McAllister in their ranks it surely will not be long before their fortunes change, especially if they can get a result on Saturday.
A busy week at Tannadice means Ray McKinnon's signings reach double figures with the arrival of central defenders Frank van der Struijk and William Edjenguélé who both secured one-year deals. The Tangerine Army have quick;y christened the pair 'Frankie and Wullie'!
In what was a real coup for the Club, prolific attacker Tony Andreu joined on deadline day on a season’s loan from Norwich City.
All three are in contention to make their debuts on Saturday. United also have Paul Dixon pushing for a return from injury.
Admission for the match is adults £10 concessions £5 with supporters paying at the gate for the 3 pm kick off. With the excitement of seeing our new signings for the first time, it is expected to be busy so please arrive early to ensure entry before kick-off.
Come on you Terrors!
