Dundee United Women are delighted to announce the return of Stacey McFadyen, subject to SFA approval.
The winger, having been away for five years, heads back to Foundation Park following two spells at Dryburgh Athletic, book-ending a season at Montrose.
Whilst an experienced player, McFadyen, 27, is making her first venture into the top flight, and eager to get going.
“I’m excited to get started. I also work with the club through the Community Trust, so it’s perfect to play for the club I work for. I am grateful for the opportunity to play at this level. I have always wanted to but didn’t have the opportunity to do so until now.“
Head Coach Suzy Shepherd reckons the winger will add a threat in the final third.
“Stacey is an attack-minded player that is going to add pace, trickery and creativity in the final third, and I am looking forward to working with her this season.”
